इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय में परीक्षा के माध्यम को लेकर छात्र-छात्राओं में लगातार बहस जारी है। लेकिन इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय ने अपना रूख साफ कर दिया है और बताया है अब आगामी सभी परीक्षाएँ ऑफलाइन माध्यम से करायी जाएगी हालांकि आज भारी संख्या में छात्र-छात्राओ ने इसका विरोध भी किया। लेकिन एक तरफ जहां छात्र-छात्राओं का विरोध चल रहा था वही दूसरी ओर इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन परीक्षा समिति के निर्णय का मिनट तैयार कर रहा था जिसे कि देर शाम जारी कर दिया गया।
परीक्षा समिति के सात सूत्रीय मिनट -
The members of the Examinations Committee discussed the issues at length and unanimously resolved that:
1. The Minutes of the meetings of the Examinations Committee dated 05.02.2021, 04.05.2021, 16.06.2021, 25.06.2021, 22 09 2021 and 28.10.2021 stand confirmed.
2 . The Examinations of UG II & III (BA/B.Sc./B.Sc. Home Science/ B.Com) and PG/Law/Professional Courses, Final Semester, for the Session 2021-22 shall be conducted in offline mode on the basis of reduced syllabus (70%), time duration (2 hours) and number of questions, i.e, 4 or 5 questions as per pattern of the respective Department/Centre. The offline Examinations will be held strictly as per COVID 19 guidelines.
3. The annual Examinations of UG II & III (BA/BSc./B.Sc. Home Science/ B.Com) will take place. from 22.04.2022 in offline mode. Further, since classes of UG II & Ill were held in online mode during the third wave of COVID-19 pandemic till January, 2022 and from February, 2022 to April 15, 2022 in offline mode, the Examinations Committee for the benefit of the students decided to hold these Examinations in the regular offline mode. All practical Examinations shall be held in the offline mode.
4. The Examinations of UG I (BA/B.Sc./B.Sc. Home Science/ B.Com) will take place in the first week of August, 2022 with reduced syllabus (80%), a copy of which will be submitted to the CoE office by the respective Heads/Coordinators latest by 21.02.2022.
5. The PG/Law/Professional Course students belonging to odd Semesters, i.e., Semester III, V, VII and IX (except Semester 1) shall be promoted to the next Semester on the basis of Internal Assessment Marks, which will be provided to the CoE office by the Departments/Centres/institutes latest by 28.02.2022.
6.The PG/Law/Professional Course Semester I Examinations will be held in the first week of May, 2022 with reduced syllabus (80%), a copy of which will be submitted to the CoE office by the respective Heads/Coordinators/Directors latest by 21.02.2022.
7. The PG/Law/Professional Course Final Semester i.e., Semester IV, VI, VIII and X Examination will be held in offline mode in the first week of May, 2022.
बताते चले कि किसी भी कार्य को मौखिक रूप से मिडिया को पी.आर.ओ ब्रिफ करती है और लिखित रूप से जब जारी होता है तो वह मिनट कहलाता है। मौखिक रूप से यह 11 फरवरी को शाम 5 बजे जारी हो चुका था लेकिन लिखित रूप से इसे आज यानी 14 फरवरी को शाम 4 बजे कुलपति के अप्रूवल से जारी किया गया।
