CRET PHD प्रवेश : 29 मई को एग्जाम, एडमिट कार्ड सहित इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय ने जारी किया महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश


Allahabad University : इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय CRET यानी PHD प्रवेश 2021-2022 के लिए इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय परीक्षा समिति ने एडमिट कार्ड दिनांक 21 मई 2022 को जारी कर दिया है। साथ ही साथ परीक्षाओं के मद्देनजर महत्वपूर्ण दिशानिर्देश व गाइडलाइंस जारी किया है। ज्ञात हो कि CRET PHD 2021-2022 की परीक्षा दिनांक 29 मई 2022 को प्रयागराज के विभिन्न केंद्रों पर होगी।

परीक्षा संबंधी दिशानिर्देश -

1. Please bring the Admit card in original.

2. Bring any one Photo Identity Proof such as PAN Card/ Passport/ Driving License/ Voter’s Card/ Bank Passbook with photograph/ Photo identity proof issued
by a Gazzetted Officer/Identity Card issued by a recognized college/ university/ Aadhar card with a photograph/ E-Adhar with a photograph/ Employee ID)OR
any other Govt. recognized photo ID proof in original. Candidate without Photo ID proof will not not be permitted to appear for the examination. If identity of the candidate is in doubt the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the Examination.

3. You are advised to report to the examination venue at the time mentioned on the Admit Card.

4. Candidate without Admit card and Valid Photo ID Proof shall not be allowed in the Examination under any circumstances by the center superintendent.

5. The CRET 2021 is divided into two parts: Paper I & Paper II. Paper I will be OMR based having 50 objective type questions, Paper II will have subjective type
questions with small, medium and large type answers.

6. Candidate shall not be allowed to leave the Examination Hall before the conclusion of the examination and without handing over the OMR Answer Sheet and
subjective answer sheet to the Invigilator concerned.

7. Candidate should check and ensure that the Test Booklet contains as many number of pages as written on the top of the cover page.

8. Candidate shall not remove any page(s) form the Test Booklet and if any page (s) is/are found missing from his/her Test Booklet, he/she may be liable for suitable action.

9. Candidate should bring good quality blue/black ball point pens for the examination. Use of Pencil, Ink/Sketch Pen or Gel Pen is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

10. Candidate should use blue/black ball point pen only to write particulars on the cover page of Test Booklet, OMR and for darkening the circles of responses. Darken ONLY ONE CIRCLE for each answer as shown in the example below. If you darken more than one circle, that answer will not be evaluated.

11. The candidate should ensure that he/she has darkened the circle providing information on the Roll Number, Test booklet number, Center code & Question paper series in the OMR Sheet.

12. Pencil, Calculators , Logtables, calculating devices or any other electronic devices, Communication Devices like Cellular Phone/Pager etc. and textual materials is strictly prohibited in the examination Center. No whitener/eraser/blade is allowed for changing answers. Edible items are not allowed. If a
candidate is in possession of cellular Phone/Pager or any other electronic device during the exam, the same will be forfeited and his/her candidature may be
cancelled. NO arrangements will be made in the Examination Center to keep personal belongings. Pencil box, bags, purses etc are not allowed inside the
examination Center.

13. OMR answer sheet consists of only one copy which will be submitted to the invigilators once the examination will be over.

14. The Admit Card is issued provisionally to the candidate as per the information provided by her/him in online application form. The eligibility of the candidate has not been verified by the University of Allahabad .University of Allahabad will verify the same before admission. Qualifying the Examination would not confer a right on any candidate for admission as it is only one of the eligibility criteria for admission.

कोविड संबंधी दिशानिर्देश -

1. Candidates are required to follow the rules, regulations and guidelines of UoA; Local Authorities, State Government and Government of India especially
related to COVID-19 as issued from time to time.

2. Candidates should maintain social distancing while commuting to and from the examination centre and from the time of entry at examination centre till the
exit from the examination centre.

3. Candidates should carry soap/hand-sanitiser of up to 50 ml in transparent bottle, face mask and water in transparent bottle for personal use.

4. Candidate should not share personal items like mask, gloves, water bottle etc.

5. It is mandatory to wear a face mask properly at all times.

6. Spitting is strictly prohibited.

7. It is mandatory to undergo thermal scanning before entering examination centre.
